PARENT CANCELLATIONS
• 24+ hours before session start: 100% refund
• 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund (coach preparation time)

COACH CANCELLATIONS
• Any time before session: 100% refund + reschedule option
• No-show: Full refund + platform listing suspension

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
• Coach cancels due to unsafe conditions: Full refund
• Parent discretion: Standard cancellation rules apply

HOW TO CANCEL
1. Dashboard → My Bookings → Select booking → Cancel
2. Receive instant confirmation email
3. Refund processed within 3-5 business days

• Listing packages or subscriptions
• AccessNI verification processing
• Commission fees

REFUND PROCESS
Stripe processes refunds to original payment method
Processing time: 3-5 business days (up to 10 days international)
