Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview
HavaCoach is a marketplace platform that connects clients with independent football coaches and clubs (“Service Providers”) operating in Northern Ireland. HavaCoach acts solely as a technology provider and is not a party to any booking or service agreement made between clients and Service Providers.
Responsibility for Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation and refund matters are the sole responsibility of the Service Provider (coach or club) managing the listing through which the booking was made. Each Service Provider is required to set and display their own cancellation and refund terms clearly on their listing before a booking is made. HavaCoach does not intervene in, mediate, or take financial responsibility for disputes, cancellations, or refund requests arising from bookings made through the platform.
Service Provider Obligations
Service Providers listed on HavaCoach agree to:
• Clearly display their cancellation and refund policy on their listing prior to accepting bookings
• Honor the cancellation and refund terms stated on their listing at the time of booking
• Process any agreed refunds in a timely manner in accordance with their stated policy
• Communicate directly with clients regarding any cancellation or refund queries
Client Responsibilities
Clients are advised to:
- Review the Service Provider’s cancellation and refund policy before completing a booking
- Contact the Service Provider directly for any cancellation or refund requests
- Retain booking confirmation details for reference in any dispute
HavaCoach’s Role
HavaCoach facilitates payment processing through its platform but does not hold client funds beyond what is required for transaction processing. HavaCoach is not liable for any failure by a Service Provider to issue a refund or honor a cancellation request. In exceptional circumstances, HavaCoach may, at its sole discretion, assist in facilitating communication between a client and a Service Provider, but this does not constitute an obligation or liability on HavaCoach’s part.
