HavaCoach prioritises child safety above all else.

COACH VERIFICATION
1. Every coach uploads current AccessNI certificate (less than 3 years old)
2. Manual verification before first listing approval
3. Certificates stored securely for audit trail

REPORTING CONCERNS
Minor issues: Contact coach directly via platform
Serious concerns:
1. Email safeguarding@havacoach.com immediately
2. NI Social Services: 0800 917 4488
3. Police: 101 (non-emergency) / 999 (emergency)

PLATFORM ACTION
We cooperate fully with authorities and investigations
Suspicious coaches immediately suspended

PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review coach profiles/certificates before booking
• Disclose relevant medical/allergy information
• Supervise younger children appropriately
